I became obsessed with the "Clint Eastwood GMT" after watching In The Line of Fire about five months ago and spent the subsequent time period searching for the right example. Last week, I finally found one that met all the necessary characteristics and I haven't taken it off since Thursday. This is certainly not a "beginner Rolex," but it's immensely satisfying on the wrist. A perfect watch for the upcoming fall season, in my opinion. Feel free to share your own root beers if you have 'em!

No no. I said “or a Tudor...” in a classic case of misdirection

Ahhh...I took it that it was a Tudor.

Much better...now all you need is a mustache, a leisure suit, and amber tinted sunglasses.

LOVE me a root beer, and your find is top notch! Not a strap pairing I would have thought of but it works beautifully. Congrats!

I put it on a number of dealers' lists for me and eventually one sourced an example that checked all the boxes. Had to say "no" to at least 10 of them before this came along.
