Not sure how 'unusual' this is but haven't seen another on this thread. My 1959, Strela Poljot, as worn by Alexey Leonov on the first ever spacewalk. See the Worn and Wound article here http://wornandwound.com/2015/06/24/watches-in-space-alexey-leonov/
The Russian Speedie! The only question is .... is it treason to wear it on Speedy Tuesday?馃槈
T tiquyIm New here, and I joined because I keep finding watches that I have to buy. However I don't know as much about them as I would like. I picked on up the other day and could use your help! The dial says B.Altman & co. But the stem has an omega symbol on it. Any words of wisdom?
Welcome!
I think you ought to start a new thread here: https://omegaforums.net/forums/other-watch-brands-forum/ and ask for help, this thread is for watches with a "stop watch" function, so not quite the right place 馃榾
