Caliber 342......................I fall in and out of love with this on a regular basis but wear it more than any other........as my dear old mum would have said, "there's nowt so queer as folk".....

I'm not sure if this counts as textured. I have seen it called a "wave" dial.

Very nice linen texture dial and I really like the combination of styles on the Altus dial. Thanks for sharing.

And its a beauty, by the pool-side! I guess you were not planning on taking it for a swim, right?

I have been impressed seeing some absolutely stunning honeycomb/textured Omega dials in the various threads on this forum and as a relative newcomer thought it would be nice to create a thread to show them all together. If a thread already exists, moderators please feel free to direct me there instead.

Here is my cal. 354 with two tone yellow/gold dial.

Found another in my files. This one belongs to a friend of almost four decades standing . . .

. . . and was handed down from his Dad, who purchased it new in the early '50s. No movement or inner caseback images, but there's one of the back . . .

. . . with an engraved number; not sure of its relevance, but my guess is it's connected with the precious metal content rather than Omega reference or serial numbers. Can't remember for sure, but to the best of my recollection, his folks were living in Spain when this watch was acquired. I'll ask him to refresh my memory.

The provenance and continuity of ownership mitigate against the dial being refinished. I don't think I've ever seen inscribed circles quite like this on any Omega before. Perhaps someone here can shed light on this unusual configuration.

For sure! Will be a couple of weeks as I planning for a small vacation and shipment from watchmaker will take some days.
Movement running sweetly and the rest looks fine!
