Saw this thread awhile back and inspired me to hunt for some of my own. With some patience I've added these 2 to my collection.
Here is one a little different......Recently grabbed this rare Golden Seamster Day-Date, and noticed the finish was near identical to a NOS gold plated Omega bracelet that had been lying in my strap/bracelet box for a long time. A little work with a Dremel tool (on the bracelet, not the watch ) and it fit perfectly!
This 7912 bracelet was attached to a watch I bought. I sold it to a crazed Speedmaster guy and I'm still amazed how much I fetched for it. Felt like it was made from tin foil.
Does anyone have an idea as to what Endlinks for 1035/7912 fit Seamaster refs 166.010 and 166.003? I’m assuming perhaps No.4’s or 30’s?
My companion for the week Bracelet is a 1039 with butchered 516 endlinks (not by me!). The result fits extremely well though, almost seems like an integrated bracelet
