Yes. Got certificates of authenticity and pictures just like you show in your post. I bought the watch specifically to be autographed at an event last spring. The watch has never even been on anyone's wrist! Eric
Sure, but I have to ask, are you curious and want to have a conversation about our cool autographed watches and how awe inspiring Michael Collins is or are you just challenging my integrity? ;-) Eric
I want to see the cool autographed stuff. Anyone can say anything but to see it, it is always better. That’s what this whole thread is about and why I started it. It is “Show us your Speedmaster Moon”
I had a brief urge to show you a real moon, but I figured that I'd avoid thread drift..... I hate to say it, Michael Collins looks like he's aged quite a bit since TLI's photo. I hate to see these heroes aging and dying. They're certainly from a different era....
A while ago, I've bought a fairly neglected Transitional (145.022-68)... ... today my watchmaker sent me this picture. Looks like I've spotted a nice dial.
Deal. Here’s my Pro alongside Jim Lovell’s autograph in my copy of ‘Lost Moon.’ My dad has Michael Collins’ on a framed print but he lives 70-odd miles away and I’m currently not supposed/allowed to visit
I didn’t see the NATO aspect until you said it. I don’t wear that style because I have small wrists. I do have a kickstarter watch (Wingman) that I bought with the NATO though. E
