It's really interesting how the all blue lume goes white (on camera) when it is completely charged up in a full light setting. Not to mention, how the center of the dial goes white like that. Was this taken with a cell phone? It definitely seems like some sort of compensation is going on to deal with the refracted and emitted light, but the camera just assigns the light a "white" color.
Took this one with a DSLR. No filters, but some light processing.
