Old pal, Seiko Velatura Yacht Timer, and incomer, Seamaster Pro Blue... Could be "out with the old" time soon....
You won't get any sleep with the SMP 300 on the bed side stand. The lume 'll keep you awake. Like the electric blue dials.
Not my (our) bedside clock. But a curiosity. When the Forestville Clock Co. ( Forestville, Conn.) folded, it was being run by the Sessions family. Forestville became the Sessions Clock Co. After WWII, when Sessions folded, Sessions morphed into the New England Clock Co. which marketed imported German movements in domestic pine cases designed to look early American. They also were marketing Sessions Electric Clocks. The model shown was called the Lady Sessions, and was (somehow) helpful in family planning. It had something to do with “cycles”, and not 60-cycle. On the topic of family planning, do you know which fruit is most responsible for over population of the world?...................Green pairs!
This is my daily driver: About 5 feet off to the side is this: But it won't wake me up in the morning! gatorcpa
Nah! There had to be one I suppose and you're going to tell me that display is always on? Pass the winder for my cuckoo clock
If I'm not up, then I'm about to be up. It can be wound up easily and has at least a 12 hour reserve. Snooze mode lasts for at least an hour which is a bonus
Another family heirloom, won by my maternal grandfather in an British Army shooting competition in 1910.
Both battery powered and controlled by the atomic clock. Also the iPhone and 2 iPads when charging at night...
