Recently studying about different brands and Gallet has really taken me in. Got a Gallet Multichron 12 with the EP 40 movement Please do share your Gallet! Interesting too see more.
My earliest Gallet, circa 1916-17 with a porcelain dial. Sterling silver case. 17 screwed not pressed jewels, gold gilt writing, 4 adjustment movement. Top of the line for the era. I'm still looking of an appropriate onion or pumpkin crown if you have an extra or source.
i am impressed with the gallet display. i have two. they are not running, as i remember, they both have broken balance staffs and dont look that good. if and when i learn how to submit pic's, ill add them this thread.
