New to the forum and very grateful for the knowledge you all have contributed with.

Thinking of buying my first vintage omega and wonder if this is a good buy for 800 euros.
The seller claim all is original and that it hasn’t been polished.

    Thankful for any suggestions.

That price is close to the high end for that (two-tone) watch. It is a beauty, and the caseback is stunning, but you might want more (and better) photos of the lugs to see if the facets are sharp.

Thanks för the replies, means a lot!

Calculating the cost again it’s rather close to 1000 euros. Think I will pass on this one.
My hunt for a clean vintage Omega continues...

If you like it and the price is the only objection, throw a bid at the seller. You might be surprised.

Even at close to 1000 euro that is one beautiful watch. If you like it then go for it. You might regret not buying it later.

Agree! The price can only go down.
