Should a circa 1961 Omega Constellation have "crosshairs" on its dial?

I've seen may photos of circa 1961 Constellations with "crosshairs" on their dials. Should a Constellation of this vintage have the "crosshair" or was that one dial option of several? Here's the dial that has me wondering:

    Thanks!

Croashair not necessary on this dial. With or without is correct.

    with and without crosshairs

can't quite tell about the dial -the Constellation font looks ok (with staining) but the image isn't good enough to check the upper text

    black inserts on hands degraded

Case looks well polished? Can't tell whether it's a refinished dial.
