Can anyone comment on what you can and shouldn’t do while wearing the above?…doing alot of home renovations…vibration/pressure washing…should the watch stay on or off?…

While these watches were designed to withstand a certain amount of shock, rapid movement, etc., it would be nearly impossible for someone to quantify for you exactly what the damage tipping point would be.

So it’s really a question of finances, and your personal constitution: if you’d enjoy wearing it, and don’t mind getting it fixed if you damage it, wear it.

if you’d like to keep it potentially undamaged and show-room sparkly, don the Casio above, or something similar.

I do all kinds of shop work with my 2254; welding, grinding, fileing and hacksawing. Some blacksmithing too. But I am right handed and wear my watch on the left. Here I have pressure washed the boat and are polishing the propeller. Never had an issue.

I clicked on this, all excited to see a shocking question. But it is just another boring mundane query after all.

And before you ask... yes, it's also safe to wear in the shower.
