Sharing my grandmother’s 1954 omega

I’ve lurked on here for a few years and finally repaired my grandmother’s vintage omega. The bracelet is 18k gold and a gorgeous bracelet she selected while visiting Italy. My Dad thought my grandparents bought it in the 60s or early 70s but based on the serial number the watch itself is from 1954 (14027882). So not sure if they bought the watch in the 50s and added the band later on. My Dad is pretty sure it was in the late 60s as both he and my uncle where working and/or in college at that point and they start traveling. Thanks for all the advice I’ve read over the years.
