Do you also remember the day that Omega announced the Seamaster Aqua Terra 15.000 Gauss with reference:
231.10.42.21.01.002 (on steel) or 231.12.42.21.01.001 (on leather)?

    This picture got me:

I am curious to learn if there are more proud owners (or future owners) out here that share my passion for this model. Here are some snap shots of my "Bubble Bee":

The day I got it, I got matching sneakers:

    Took it lake diving:

That day I compared it to my friends Milgauss:

The time by (Omega) buddy and I took it to a wine cellar:

Hope I did not spam you ;) Please share your shots!

    Super post @alon!

Edits: removed the awful 15000 Gauss photos I posted here that do not do any sort of justice for this funky cool watch. New post below with brand new pics:) This watch deserves a special celebration;)

Decided to do some brand new pics of the funky, cool AT 15000 Gauss today and tell a bit more about its "life story" in my collection.

The "Bumble Bee" was my first Omega purchase in October 2013 and my second Swiss "luxury watch" purchase,,,the first was a Breitling SuperOcean Heritage, June 2013. I bought the AT on the SS bracelet, unfortunately I only have an old pic with that configuration:

At the time I used the Breitling on a mesh bracelet and the AT on the SS PCL bracelet. As my collection expanded, I made the decision to swap the bracelets on both watches to straps. I really felt that both bracelets were a bit too blingy for casual wear and I had purchased better options for more formal wear. The Breitling initially got new shoes with a blue Breitling OEM rubber with deployant (as a "diver" I felt rubber would be the best option) and the AT got a brand new barenia strap with deployant as well.

After the swap to the new barenia leather strap I fell in love again with the Bumble Bee. It became a "sunny / I feel happy" watch for casual wear and I think that the barenia tone works beautifully with the bumble bee hand:)

The AT 15000 Gauss has now became part of my rotation of casual "summer mood" watches (Exp II, BumbleBee, SuperOcean Heritage), the Breitling having finally "settled in" with a blue OEM Breitling leather strap;) My SS SM300MC on the JB Nato does not have the same "summer mood" for me as this trio, but I do use it for casual wear and it is now my official "diver". Cheers.

AT's look much better on straps than on bracelets.
Explorers look much better on bracelets than on straps.
    Odd, that.
    YMMV of course.
