Servicing Advice - Bulova Ref. 31001

Hoping to get some guidance/advice on watchmakers to service this reference 31001 from 1970. Pictures for reference.

Had a watchmaker take a look under the hood and noted the following:

1. Bad Mainspring
2. Broken spring pusher


Any advice?
