In French I would have said: "il porte bien son nom..." But in English I prefer to use a preterition.

He sent me a PM where he mentioned he had a speedmaster reduced LE from 1999. I sent him to a local boutique as it's a modern reduced.

He found a thread that was similar to his situation I had commented on. I'm apparently who he was referencing.

 

Nice of you to help him with his watchmaker problem. Too bad he has much bigger problems that remain unaddressed.

Sorry...Many stories. Last experience was a meeting with a medical advertising agency out there. They opened the meeting telling corn field and flyover country jokes (we were a potentioal client) , I was about to go Jersey on them when a colleague said "You do realize that we're from Chicago right? "
