Hi all!
This is a post for the owners such as myself who have never had a service.
Thought I would share my service experience through an official Omega shop in london, UK . Hopefully it gives you an idea of what to expect :


Dropped the watch off February 23rd 2022 for a service and I was quoted 6 weeks . Here are the steps (sent to Southampton service centre).

note that I was originally given a 6 week time frame. After calling in April, I was told 1st of June. When the 1st of June came , I phoned and they were very apologetic. Even offered 50% off the 450£ service as a sorry and vowed to get in back asap. I was told they were still awaiting parts due to the cold dial and older model , but I was also made to understand that it was just very busy…

hope this can help anyone looking to get their first service. The team were great at handling the concerns of the delay, very happy. Just a very long wait…
