Should I expect a significantly higher service cost by Omega for a 8900 movement service when compared to a 8800 movement? It is double barreled. There is no differentiation on the Omega online price list. I hear that the 8800 and the 2500 movements have the same cost. This is relevant, because if the servicing price for an aqua terra is higher, then I will stop thinking about it.
