My S105.003-64 omega is with Simon freese for re-lume work and was serviced by him 20 months ago and the question to you is can I have your advice on how regular to service.
The watch has no issues and would like to keep it this way.

It’s subjective. Personally, for a vintage watch I wear fairly frequently, every 5-8 years. For one’s I don’t wear very often, more like 7-8 years.

I’m not a watchmaker but I would guess that 321 parts are becoming increasingly harder to source, and so it would be wise to suggest having it serviced more frequently, perhaps closer to 5 year intervals rather than later

I’d suggest five years if you wear it regularly.
