Hi All

I have an Omega Planet Ocean GMT in stainless steel.
Its my daily wear and have owned since new. Condition is pretty mint bar a few small scratches on the bracelet, its never been droped or otherwise mistreated. Still have the box the manual everything.
Id say I've had it for about 2.5 years give or take.

However its loosing a lot of time. I've not really recorded it but over a week id say at least an hour if not more. (and im not anal about it running second perfect but obviously loosing this much time just isn't right)
Plus i feel stupid wearing a watch thats always wrong, so right now its just sat on the bedside table..

Never yet had it serviced so thats my first stop.

Can anyone recommend a good authorised Omega Service agent in the Guildford area of the UK or other highly recommended service agent.) Or any insight as to what could possibly be wrong...?

Any assistance greatly appreciated as my wrist is missing it now !

P

Personally, I’d bring it to Omega through an AD or an OB. Servicing a coaxial movement requires specialized knowledge. No point in shopping around. If it were a vintage or historically valuable timepiece it would be a different story. Omega will rectify all problems and bring it back to as-new.

Under warranty. Most likely just needs regulation. Any Omega Boutique can assist you. You can find the nearest on the website.

The Omega service centre is in Southampton, it is not that far from Guildford. I would go with them.
