Are they Rolex accredited watchmakers ?

·Drop an email to Simon Freese. A forum favourite and although mostly associated with Omega watches he will do a fantastic job on your 5513. He looks after my 16800 and 16750 and watches from all over the world so the fact that he is in the UK will not be a problem.

·He’s pretty busy. Maybe try calling. AFAIK it is a 3 person operation so don’t expect customer service miracles.
Simon is usually on the ball perhaps your email went into Cyberspace! Well worth another try or ring him as padders suggested.
I'll try to ring him directly, maybe something went wrong with my previous email.
