Smooth smooth smooth. Patiently answered all my questions about the timepiece, then guided this first time buyer thru the PalPal process. Notifications went out went my package was both sent out AND when it arrived. Something to be said about a guy who knows when the box hits the Fedex Center BEFORE the person who is getting the package. Lol!!! Even included a tube a polywatch for my hesalite-peace of mine. Should I ever elect to add another Omega to my collection, I'll definitely keep him in mind.
