I gotta say I’m not into the street fighting thing but the watches are very interesting. Very bold. You gotta appreciate seikos marketing and all the directions they go in. I wonder if these will all be 44mm

They’re 42mm according to their website.

They're not for me but I approve of pretty much anything that gets new people into mechanical watches who wouldn't have considered them before. I feel like these will appeal more to gamers than watch people, with the requisite cross-over folks who like both of course.
I hope the bezel on the green and yellow one still rotates; "I have 15-minutes until the second largest yellow squiggle thingy."

I tried all day to convince myself that I needed one, and almost succeeded. If I had to pick, the Ryu. And I enjoy Guile's having a countdown bezel. These are fun, but maybe a little too silly for me.

Not for me but I think they are more for gamers than watch collectors.

I’m partial to the a Ryu due to colour and also my favourite character to play.

Boy that brings back old memories of playing at the arcade for hours and the tension of stretching out that last quarter lasting.

If there was a Sonny Chiba version I’d get it.

Hadouken! That looks like a ton of fun. I’d pick Chun Li as acharacter but perhaps as a watch I’d even go for Blanka. If you’re gonna go bold, might as well go all the way :)

I think the only one I would consider would be the white one. Not really my cup of tea but the white one could work well as a holiday watch or fun for summer watch.

    I know, right?!
I wish they release another batch in the future with more characters.

I’m just out of high school and I can assure you that I do understand watches.

Not my style, but, agree with others, if this is a marketing ploy to get a younger generation into watches... I'm all for it.

But, you couldn't give me one for free, except maybe the white one, and I'd sell it.

I'm impressed. I started when I was in high school too, but that was back in the 1970s. I'd like to think it worked out well for me. I have two sons, both in their 20s, one loves watches and the other loves mathematics. At least I have one son who will look after my watches.
I wish you well on your journey.
