·So now the watch runs for about 11 or so hours before stopping. I continually go back and wind. It forward a bit and reset it. Wondering if I can just change out just one part instead of the whole movement.

·Nobody repairs quartz movements! Replace it! No such thing as replacing “one part”! It is the total over all condition of the movement that is the problem. NOT the condition of one part!
