Wear it a while. Maybe several days, continually. Does it charge, or no? Do you know what the button at the 2:00 position is for? If not , pull,out your owner’s manual and find out! The watches don’t have a “cell”. They have a capacitor. The watch companies that sell this stuff, selling the buyer on the notion that you don’t need to replace the battery should have a class action suit against them! The capacitor is only good for a period before they go flat. And they are much more expensive than a battery, and you pretty much need to have a shop do it for you.
