Quite new into the world of vintage Omega But Seiko have had my interest for a while... Mostly the Turtles Any one else with some Seikos?
Nice collection. Glad you were shown the big 3-year old Seiko love thread https://omegaforums.net/threads/seikos.33518/
I don't think he cares that the OP started yet another Seiko thread and blames @larryganz and @Foo2rama for taking the fun out of it.
I'm not assigning blame. You are correct. I don't care he started a new thread. He's new. Excited. He found a place to be with watch people, people with whom he shares a common interest. I'm excited for him. It may be a bit too early to rain on his parade. Or not. I don't care. And therein the problem lies... Try to have fun kfw
Welcome aboard. After decades of being a Swiss watch snob, Seiko has my heart lately. A couple of modern and some vintage, a ladies and one quartz! Absolutely great value. Interesting. They definitely fit the "daily wear" criteria to the tee. My wife's freshly arrived 2205 from 1974 My official workhorse. Never misses a beat and great fun to wear during my trucking duties. Also super accurate. This blue beauty. I dig everything about it. My Speedmaster impersonator. Cheers,
DD Purple AR crystal, lumed insert and polished chapter ring on order, not sure about a change to MM hands, enjoying the stock look for now.
