·Hello,
Early this year I bought 2 Seiko Cronos from a collector in the UK, one with the red writing and one with the blue writing. This was a bit greedy as I cannot wear both, so I am letting one of them go. I have never sold a watch on OF and I don’t have a lot of experience selling watches and no reference, but I will do my best to give you a description of the watch.
(A Journey in Time: The Remarkable Seiko of Seiko, 2003 pg36)
Dial:
The watch has a nice sunburst dial which might not be visible in the picture. However, it has a tiny stain near the 12 O’clock marker.
Case:
The case is in good condition and the case-back has the seahorse design and the reference number, but a small scratch. I assume this watch was designed to be waterproof as mentioned on the dial, but i do not know whether it will still be waterproof.
Crown:
The watch has the original signed crown.
Movement:
I do not have the tool to open the case back, but this watch was serviced in 2018 and below you will find the pictures of the servicing:

I paid £250 for this watch (just the head), but I am willing to let it go for £170 ideally to a UK buyer to avoid the complication of international shipping. I will pay the cost of postage and I would be grateful if the payment can be done by bank transfer of PayPal (friends and family).
Thank you for looking and many thanks to OF.
Best
