·Thought that I would keep this one, but other commitments now dictate otherwise. Selling my Seiko 6159-7001 Hi-Beat 300m diver, which is completely original, including dial, hands, bezel, bezel insert and crystal. Remarkably, the case has very few scratches or dings, the bezel clicks both ways as it should and the newly serviced movement winds/sets smoothly, the quick-set date feature operates as designed and the crown screws down 3+ turns to lock position. This is an honest example of a fairly rare Seiko diver and may be the earliest known more desirable circle back case variant dating to February 1969.
Watch was serviced May 2026 and will come on a new Uncle Seiko waffle strap mounted on its original fat spring bars.
