Barking mad
··Prolific Speedmaster HoarderI am offering up for sale one of my “Baby Panda’s”this particular one is a very nice 6138-8000 from August 1971.
Stolen from 60 Clicks.
It’s worth noting there is also a “Baby Panda” model, marked 6183-801x. This version was also 40mm, but had smaller subdials than its more popular sibling. This model is extremely rare though, with mostly damaged and non-working examples found on the market.

DIAL: Original ivory dial displaying a pleasant patina, with matching hour, minute, and chronograph hands. Day and date function - with Kanji Japanese/English numeral day variant - at the 3 o'clock position.
CASE: Stainless-steel case measures 40mm (w/o crown, 42mm with) x 43.5mm; matching caseback. Case lines are as they should be.
MOVEMENT: 6138B automatic movement, manufactured in August 1971, which beats at 21,600 beats per hour.
All 6138 movements feature a quick-set day/date indicator and can be handwound.
The watch was serviced just before I purchased a couple of years ago but I have no documentation to support this.
All functions as it should and it is keeping excellent time.
I am requesting $2,200 USD now $1,600 USD plus shipping.
As always if you require more information or photos I am happy to provide.
Thank you OF
