May I know the
1) Reference number of this watch?
2) Authencity of this watch?
3) Dial condition.....is it an original or refurbished dial?
4) Estimated value of this watch?

Although I can't help much it looks legit to me, and I don't think the dial has been remade. If it has, someone did a good job I suppose.

 

Looks suspicious to my eyes
- 'Swiss Made' too high on the dial
- 'Omega' on the back (I have never seen that, at least)
- what is the size? (ladies watch?)
- looks like different watches: lugs on the 2nd one looks longer compared to case
- why is there different bands on the pics?
- mmmm, bit fishy

With not more pics, it actually might be anything, but please allow others to have a more experienced answer.

Looks legit to me, although I wouldn't describe it as vintage, more late 90's early 2000's
