I think that works both ways - can you show a picture of the watch in question and perhaps some straps you’ve already considered.

It's my opinion that any white metal and white/silver dial watch can be paired with any strap. Sure, white gold is a bit warmer than steel or platinum and the dial may be a slightly off-white, my point still stands.

If you really want a 'perfect' pairing I would suggest is trying to match one of the colours (e.g. dial, lume, etc) with the stitching on the strap.

A major consideration is the dial/hands colour, markers, etc. It's not solely based on the metal.

Not white gold, but here's how I paired YG.
