    Hello,

Can the esteemed experts kindly shed light on what size leather strap would fit this? Also, any particular recommendations appreciated. Are there any type of straps that run a bit wide? I think this is 18mm lug width (not sure really) but I was wanting straps that look tad wider than that. I could try 19mm and then slightly take of width using a razor blade on top but that would be the last option. I am sure there has to be some types of straps that run narrow at lug but run a little wider all the way till buckle? Looking for simple traditional type of leather strap (not NATO variants etc).

Very much appreciate feedback here. Once I know the lug width and what size straps will fit, I shall look into what to get. Apologies if this has been asked but I did a search and did not come up with similar threads.

    Cheers

Google notched leather watch straps. There are a few sellers, and there are also tools for DIY.

Thanks, gentlemen. Also, this model does take 18mm width straps, right? Or is it 19mm? I Googled but can't seem to find the right lug width. Figured I needed to know at least what size straps would fit if I removed bracelet. Cheers

How did you search for this? Do you have the reference # of the model? Can you provide more information than just a few photos?

I’m sure if you go through any of vividlillys multiple websites, eBay, instagram it will be there. Obvious who the seller is.

Agreed. The glossy reflections from the over-polished surfaces are hard to miss. For the OP, the seller also uses the account Montre48, if I recall correctly. Avoid at all costs.

Yes, indeed. It is on the way. I wanted the over-polished, over-priced Cosmic. Had to settle for this over-polished, over-priced one.

Already purchased. It is going to be a daily beater sort of a watch. Wasn't seeking it from a vintage collector perspective.
The ref number is 1660210. Calibre 1020. I am simply looking for lug width so I can just swap the bracelet out with leather strap. Cheers

Edited: Mistyped ref number so fixed that.

After a bit of digging, I found information about it on Omega website. Not sure why I couldn't find it before as I swear I searched this ref number and nothing came up.

Anyway, website says it will take ST 1193 leather or metal bracelet. I Googled that and according to first ebay auction that popped, this 1193 comes with 18mm straight end links.

Mystery solved it seems. Thanks everyone.
