Looking to do a dial swap on my Speedmaster, Nesbit's already came back and said they can't do service with customer-provided parts. Can anyone recommend a reliable shop to get the work done? Thanks for any help!
Haven’t tried them myself yet, but I believe Arc Watch Works in Bellevue should be able to do it. They seem to generally get good reviews.
Customer: "I'd like a medium mocha iced coffee and a Boston Creme Donut." Dunkin Donuts clerk: "I'm sorry sir, but we're out of Boston Creme Donuts." Customer: "Okay, how about a vanilla latte and a Boston Creme Donut instead?" DD clerk: "Sir, we're out of Boston Creme Donuts." Customer: "Alright, how about an orange juice and a Boston Creme Donut?" DD clerk: "I'm sorry sir, but I've told you twice that we are out of Boston Creme Donuts!" Customer: "Fine! Just give me a Boston Creme Donut then!"
Give Roanoke Park Watch Repair a call. They seem to have good reviews from a couple of people that got more than just a battery swapped or a linked removed.
Please keep us posted on the mod's progress and let us know who you ended up going with to get the work done
I second Kelly Hunter in Portland: http://artofthewatch.com! I have not gone to them, but have also heard good things about Arc Watch Works in Bellevue too: http://www.arcwatchworks.com
Yep went to Arc in Lynwood. Had a great experience. The dial swap took about an hour so I just wandered around the mall. Highly recommend them!
