Searching Parts Omega Olympic Split Second Chronograph Stopwatch Ref. MG 6713

Hello

For the large Omega Olympic split-seconds chronograph / stopwatch with the reference MG 6713, I am looking for the pusher buttons marked in the photo.
Watch diameter: approx. 65 mm
Caliber movement: 1131

Any idea where I might find those?
