Seamaster yellow dial

Newb here & have tried searching the forums for keywords to find an answer. Really attracted to this yellow dial Seamaster on ebay - can anyone advise if it's a redial? The case is still brushed, and the mark on the crown looks a little worn, which I think are signs that it hasn't been messed with too much. No photos of the movement or caseback but I've asked the seller.

Thanks - and sorry, I know this information is probably somewhere else on the forum but I tried to look before starting a new thread.

@hwalker091 these are known as "Mumbai Specials" as they originally were distributed from Indian sellers though they have now migrated to other parts of the world. It seems like at least one distributor sells them via a UK sales profile on eBay.

Pretty much all of them seem to be seventies Omegas that have been the victim of the humid climate of India, neglected for years and then redialed with varying succes. Even if you like the dial and don't care about the collectability, the movements are often a mess.

Looks like a Korean redial to me, then again I could be wrong. No matter what it's a redial...with little collector value.
