Looking to buy this seamaster
Add states the following:
“
Classic Vintage Omega from the year 1971.
Brand: Omega.
Model: Seamaster.
Caliber: 565.
Movement: automatic mechanical.
Case diameter: 34mm, thickness: 1.03mm.
Case material: 18 kt/750 yellow gold and 24 jewels (weight, excluding bracelet: 32.4 g).
Bracelet: new black leather with gold buckle (it is not the original). 22 cm.”

It's been redialled. Those fonts aren't far off being correct, but don't belong on that watch. The top half is 70s Connie (the super slim auto whose number I can't remember) and the bottom 50s Seamaster. No Swiss Made either. Don't go there.

There's a lot of this type of Seamaster around at present. Just wait for a better one.

There is a thread buried here about redials and telling fakes, check it out. I was into vintage seamasters early on it was helpful to me as the redials become one of the easiest tells, although there are some good ones

I think the only genuine this is the movement?

Refinished dial and hands don't match the dial design

Case is marked Seamaster on the back, but nothing inside the case which is odd. No Omega name or reference number
