Just received watch today. Seller claims all original, no redial and all authentic omega. Thoughts?

I believe it is original. I can't recall the exact reference, but if you run a search for "Seamaster Chronometer" on this forum you should find similar watches.

    Hope this helps,

I was looking at one of these yesterday, it looks original, lovely watch, simple understated design that can stand up to many of today's flashy little buggers. Sometimes less is more. Enjoy your watch.

If I wanted to change band to stainless steel omega one, would any 18mm with curved ends work?

I think you need to find the correct ends for the watch, sometimes this can be easier said than done. Make sure it will fit properly because it could possibly damage your watch.
