just looking for opinions on this one, as i never saw one alike. the whole thing is much more rose/brown than on photos and while the color of the hands match the indices very well and seconds and minute hands reach quite exactly to the track – i wonder if they can be authentic? or even the whole configuration, is it known?
Minute and hour hand are later replacements, dial looks great Case look pretty beat up and the crown is a replacement, too.
Cracking dial!! As ConElPueblo says, that case has seen better days, as an auctioneer would call it 'Loved condition'. Very nice watch though
Yep, that's a nice dial - but I'm biased towards that linen pattern. I'm sure the lighting makes the scratches look worse than in person, as is the way with macro photography. How much is the seller asking?
Minute marker spacing around hour markers seems to be off a bit at some locations. As someone who is not very schooled on linen dials, is this fairly typical? The dial does not look refinished to my poorly-trained eyes, but is it possible some of the markers had to be reapplied at some point? It is a really nice-looking watch.
Saw this one on eBay. I questioned the dial from the seller photos, but it looks like the real deal from your photo. Congrats - the dial looks great!
