Seamaster Ref 166.073 Parts Help...

Hello. I have an Omega Seamaster Ref 166.073 (cal 565) in desperate need of a new crystal. I have no idea what the correct part number is for the crystal but saw one small blip that crystal (PZ 5076) for the Seamaster 300, ref 166.024 fits ref 166.073. Can anyone confirm this? If this correct, then the tension ring for the 166.024 would also work for the 166.073. Anyone have an idea of that part number? Thanks for any info and any other reference sources!

Although I’m sure they won’t have any in stock, cousins UK website allows you to search by case ref for parts and even if out of stock will display the part no

The below info from the cousinsuk website confirms your finding. If you can find the crystal, tension ring comes with it. "PZ" in the part number means steel (also called white) ring.

Thanks. Okay, using the part number this how the information is found. Based on the case number info it appears this is not the right one for ref 166.073. Reference 166.0073 is the seamaster 120 which is not the model I have. Not easy finding info on this one. Really don't want to visit the local Omega store but might have to for this one

This information was very helpful after all. Just realized that the 166.073 can have a dial with or without "120". The joys of vintage watches!
