This is the third thread where you have asked the same question. As I said in your last thread, these are not ordered by size, but by part numbers. You said in another thread that the watch is a ref. 22968000. There were 2 cases used on this reference, and the two cases used different parts. For case 1780504 the crown is part 069BG42153. For case 1780514 the crown is part 069BG42154. For both cases the HEV is part 086DG0061.
