    Hi all

Looking for a blue Seamaster PO in titanium.
Just wondering what everyone's thoughts on this watch were.

    https://www.omegawatches.com/watche...an-600m/omega-co-axial-455-mm/23290462103001/

I tried on the 42 mm (232.90.42.21.03.001) and it was too small.
I tried on the 43.5/44 mm GMT (8605) 232.90.44.22.03.001 version and it is fine but I have no use for the GMT function, which makes it significantly more expensive. As well as I heard, more costly to service/more prone to breakdown.

This 45.5mm version (8500) seems perfect for me but just wondering if there is anything I need to look out for. Anyone own this watch? I am a fan of bigger watch faces and even though my wrists are slim it would look fine.

    Thank you.

It's a beautiful watch. Listen to yourself though, not what other people think, and get something that makes YOU feel something, not another forumer.

Yep, I own one. Love it. Put the titanium adjustable clasp from the 300 on it and it's one of my favorite watches.

FYI these are out of production now or will be very soon. These are 2nd generation PO's and the third gens have been out a few months. You might be able to get a deal on a new one from an Authorized Dealer (ad).

If you like the 45.5 on your wrist then go for it. Be aware this generation are faked at a high level but in person the weight will give it away as I'm pretty sure no one faked the titanium case.

I owned the 45.5 and I thought the dial and color were simply amazing. Still one of my more favorite watches, just behind my Speedy Gemini4. However, I sold mine after a month, as I could not get use to the thickness of this particular watch. I prefer the 1st gen PO, but sadly no blue dial was ever made.

Thank you, but does it come in blue and TITANIUM? The stainless steel is too heavy for me. I couldn't find a titanium version apart from that orange version which isn't for me.

The biggest thing to watch out for (no pun intended) is buttoning the cuff on a dress shirt. It's a massive watch. Gorgeous, yes, but it will dominate your arm. If you're cool with that, go for it. It's a beaut!

nope, the only current titanium PO's are grey with some orange on the bezel.
other than the PO something else that fits your criteria is the blue tudor pelagos, try one on.
in my opinion it wears a little bit larger than the 42mm suggests.

I simply adore mine (wearing as I type in fact). I had owned several Gen 1 PO's prior to this - I've now sold all but the very simple 45mm three hand black dial. The blue dial on the Ti is stunning, as is the bezel. Depending how the light hits it it can look anywhere from very blue to a wonderful silver/grey-blue. And the weight is fantastic! I say this as someone who has had every variation of the 45mm PO apart from the platinum or diamond versions. I love a large heavy watch (hence why I own the CeraGold) but the Ti version is so light and cmfortable it has totally changed my whole perception (so much so that all but one of my stainless versions were all sold off).

You definitely won't regret going with this piece. (It's also awesome on the blue rubber strap as well as a blue or blue & grey NATO).
