I know watch choices are very subjective but I am torn between 2 watches and need some help or guidance.
I have a Black Seamaster quartz but fancy a blue ceramic watch. Which should I buy a Seamaster or Planet Ocean?
    Thanks

I'm a doctor and it's my professional opinion that wearing a PO promotes a healthy and positive lifestyle!

There appears to be some confusion here. There are plenty of Seamaster with a blue ceramic bezel and dial, but the case is steel. Watcholone simply meant that the only blue ceramic case option is a Planet Ocean.

If you mean a blue ceramic bezel and dial, it really depends on which you like the most. The last generation Seamaster Pro will be cheaper, but won’t have an upgraded movement. The new Seamaster Pro movement is upgraded and more similar to the one in the Planet Ocean. The Planet Ocean will be more expensive and thicker. Either will serve you as far as water resistance is normal circumstances, unless you plan to dive to 600m

I have the last generation Seamaster Pro because I thought the Planet Ocean was too thick and too wide for my wrist. The Seamaster Pro was just right (and $3,500 cheaper at my AD).

Have you tried them both on? I prefer the new SM over the PO. The PO just feels to heavy and large for my wrist although I love the PO design. My personal opinion would be SM.

Thanks for all your replies. I mislead you all by just saying ceramic instead of ceramic bezel, my mistake again. I have now decided on the Seamaster as some have said the PO will wear larger. Just bought a 2016 one off eBay for a reasonable price.

PO is a lot sportier. Seamaster is more versatile I think. I personally favor the PO if I had to pick one

Now I am jealous :p well done!
Did you buy new or used? Probably new as I have literally never seen one for sale.
Do you know if the Gold is played or solid on the bracelet?

For that price tag (€ 9.200,00) it must be solid Sedna Gold 18k!

Planet Ocean by far (I own both). The stickered omega logo on the SM300 looks horribly cheap to be honest - contrast that against the metal logo and numerals on the PO.
