·We are very excited to answer to many requests from our friends and from the Omega collectors community: the publication of a new "ONLY" opus dedicated to the Seamaster diver watches.
Some of you (just a few...) knew that we were working on this new book, but we hadn't announced it officially. Now we are happy to make it official: we will publish a SEAMASTER ONLY.
And there is a good reason to do so. After a very interesting and positive discussion with our friends @kox and @Dash1, we have decided to collaborate and to merge our forces, with the sole objective to publish what will be (we hope) the new reference book on Seamasters. We are convinced that both of our teams will benefit from each other's experience and knowledge, and that it will leads to a fantastic book for collectors and watch enthusiasts.
SEAMASTER ONLY is scheduled to be published in mid 2020. We definitely need more time to ensure the quality and the credibility of such an important book.
It will covers divers watches only (not the entire Seamaster line!!). The main focus will be on the 300 versions but many other models will be featured: Ploprof, 1000, SHOM, Big Blue,... There will probably be some historical information, like we did for the FLIGHTMASTER ONLY. Kim and Ash will contribute to the entire section dedicated to the vintage Seamaster 300 models. No doubt they will do (and already have done) a fantastic job!
There is still a lot of work to do, and you will need some more patience, but we are convinced it will be worth waiting! And we would like to take this opportunity to thank Kim and Ash for their collaboration.
Last but not least... in the meantime, stay tuned for some other ONLY projects that could be finalized very shortly 😉
