Seamaster multi-function cal. 1665 bi-colour.

Hi folks, hope everyone is well. My first post as I am new to this luxury watch lark, although I have owned this one for nearly 30 years but hardly worn. At a previous point in its life a battery has leaked and corroded away one of the terminals. Also, the winder does not return to neutral after being pressed in. Never buying quartz again. 😡 Anyway, as I am loathe to give out £400+ to get it repaired I have been looking into a diy repair, as, to my inexperienced eye, the bracelet and case are lovely and the movement is just rubbish. I see mention of people fitting replacement movements and wondered if there is a database of such things to enable one to find a movement that fits? Also, what is an ETA movement? Any pointers anyone can give me would be much appreciated, cheers, Dean
