Great watch. Based on my research, the memomatic movement (base lemania sl980) was later utilized by Breguet (as their cal 579).

Great watch. I have the steel version of that model, also in pristine condition and it is a joy to wear and listen to.

Very nice! I love the color combinations Omega used on the Memomatic line. Here is my stainless version:

Keep in mind that Breguet in modern times actually took over Lemania, including the factory and designs as part of Mr. Hayek Sr. restructuring of the Swatch Group.
Many of the Brequet movements have been based on original Lemania designs. The basics for the CH27 chronograph (better known to guys in here as the Omega 321/861) is still in use in various Breguet chronographs. Patek used this basis as well up to quite recently.
    ;)

Thanks for the info. I knew about the "new" Breguet/Lemania link, but not about Patek. So much for in house movements!
