Seamaster GMT hour hand is slightly off...

Does anyone understand why the hour hand on my Omega Seamaster GMT does not line up with the hour mark correctly (see pic below). I've read that others have had this issue, but my watch is only 2 years old now and I guess I never noticed the offset until recently. It is consistently behind by about 15 minutes no matter the time.

Can this be fixed? Is it a warranty item? Anyone know how much this fix would cost me?

    thanks, omega-offset.jpg

Your under warranty, call your nearest OB.

That would drive me crazy! Hopefully it's an easy fix.

That has a Cal. 3603 inside, which is Omega's version of an F. Piguet movement. If this was the 9300, I would suspect the hand drifting problem, but since the movement in this one didn't have that issue, it's just likely the hands were not set on properly at assembly. Should be fixed under warranty easily.
