Watch is genuine, 99% chance the dial has been refinished.

A quick check on ebay shows "Omega Seamaster 1012" selling for $400 to $600 range. Yours looks to be in good condition (if the bracelet isn't too small) so on the higher end. @X350 XJR sees a good chance that the dial has been refinished so maybe a tighter shot of the dial would help. These are pretty common.
