    Hello all,

My grandmother has recently given me a watch that was owned by my grandfather and I know very little about it.

I have done some research and can see it is not an automatic watch but equally it doesn't look like any wind up watches I have seen on the Internet.

The only other distinctive thing is it has no second hand.

    Thanks in advance

    James

A quick search comes up with many references to replica watches. I am not saying yours is a fake but...

I'm definitely not a resident expert here but many of the features of this watch don't appear to be genuine Omega.

The Omega logo on the watch FACE looks to big / lettering 'Swiss Made' ???? does not look right...Writing on the back not to Omega's super high standards..... copy from the 1990's ...if you take the back off the you can be 100% sure...IMH opinion

    Sorry. Not the real deal.
Plus it says Seanaster instead of Seamaster.
