Hi all, I came across this cosmic on the net including box and papers. IMO legit, no tampering with the dial. Reasonable state - dial could have had some water damage, hands could have some damage and the crystal could have a scratch or crack. What’s your opinion and what could it be worth? Thanks for your help!

There seems to be a line/scratch of whatever on the dial

I wouldn't buy this watch

That’s what I mentioned as crack/scratch on the crystal. You could be right, if I check the other photos it could be the shadow of that crack/scratch/whatever on the dial 👎

It's not particularly visible in the first picture, so I'm inclined to say crystal defect instead of dial. But in person verification would definitely be the way to go.

That being said, there is definitely a mark on the dial between 11 and 12 that would bother me. These are monoque cases so the movements are usually unmolested, but if there's water damage on the dial, that could have bad implications for the movement condition.

Very hard to tell of courese but looking at this picture I would tend to say its on the dial...

I own myself the same case reference with slightly different dial on a flat link bracelet. Love the watch. Movement is 565. Being serviced a the moment. Just in case it helps, if that crack is in cristal (I'd definitely make sure of that)I'm having my cristal changed by Omega certified watchmaker during current service and price of spare part is reasonable

Thanks for your insights so far👍
Suppose that is indeed crystal damage, what would be a reasonable price to go for?

Correct, I’ve seen more in the mean time. If I’m not mistaken Archer pointed out that these exist as well, and based on his remark I went searching and found a couple identical crosshairs.

I was sure it had to be a slip of the redialler’s hand the first time I saw the line reaching the ‘s’, but you’re right, the experts on here have confirmed that it’s legit.
