    Hi All
I am looking for some advice on a watch I inherited form my Grandfather, via my father. I want to pretty much just put it together, as it seems to be missing its "end links?" and service it if it needs as I am not aware that it has ever been serviced.
From what I can see, it is gold plated, so not really worth spending money on?
    It currently works perfectly.
So I am basically looking for the case code, or end link numbers that I can purchase somewhere. I will change the strap if I need as well, just to complete it.
And no clue where to take it for a service or sorts if it needs it, I stay in Brisbane Australia, But can do the service in the UK as well if need be.

    Some pics :

Just a thought. It looks to be gold capped not plated, the gold is much thicker. IMO it's worth a few bucks to set right.

@JimInOz - Thanks, that was painless, he has exactly what I am looking for listed.
And yes it does look gold capped, I think i will post it down to http://www.watchrepairsmelbourne.com.au/ to get it serviced and cleaned up as they seem well rated.

    It looks like a 166.028

if you go here and search (strg-f) for 166.028
    http://www.ofrei.com/page838.html

it says, the bracelet 1067 is continued by 1125 and the end links 560

    ;)

no.. if you had the 1067 bracelet, it would need the 560's

for the 1175 you need the 640's

I don't think it is a 166.028. Here is my 166.028, it is not a "Cosmic" and has a screw in case back. But I have been wrong before.

    I think yours is a 168.022

Unfortunately this day model of Cosmic 2000 is not listed in the "Omega A Journey through Time" on page 295... only the day-date.

And that search also shows Constellations, Flightmasters, Seamaster 300's and more Omega references, so what's your point?

I do not find any Constellation 166.028,
    any Flighmaster 166.028,
    any Seamaster 300's 166.028
    ???

My "point" is, that I find under the reference 166.028 no none-Cosmics. And your case back has two reference numbers inside, which is not uncommon. I think, that your Seamaster none Cosmic has/is the first reference.

    Best!

The first reference 168.022 is for the chronometer rated Cal. 564 Seamaster the second 166.028 is for the non chronometer which I have cal. 562/563.
And only 1 of the links that search leads to actually shows the inside of the case back and that one says 166.128:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Ome...Cal-1020-DAY-DATE-SS-Mens-Watch-/222017492162Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
This example also matches the case shape and snap back so I am going with 166.128.
