·I have been looking to replace a watch that was stolen many years ago. The specific watch had sentimental value to me because it was a gift for my Confirmation from my uncle. That was 1979. Fast forward to the present day. I found this being offered for sale on ebay. The watch is EXACTLY the same as what I had (blue dial, day-date, Italian). It's for sale in Italy. That part is not a problem for me as it can be shipped to my aunt over there.

Given what is being shown in the listing, what do the experts think? Is it worth having a go? Or should I take a pass? For starters, I'm not willing to shell out 1000 Euros for it.
Looking forward to some insights. Regards, Fabio
